Delete your Buildio account
In the Buildio app: open "Me" → scroll to the bottom → "Delete account", then confirm. Your account and all your data are permanently deleted straight away: profile, photo, jobs, offers, chats, reviews, and uploaded photos and files. Reports are kept for a while for safety reviews but are no longer linked to you.
If you can't sign in, email tf@buildio.co.nz from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete account". We'll process it and reply within 30 days.
删除 Buildio 账号
在 Buildio app 里：打开「我的」→ 拉到最下面 →「删除账号」，按提示确认即可。删除后会立即永久删除你的账号和所有数据：个人资料、头像、需求单、报名、聊天记录、评价、上传的照片和文件。举报记录会保留一段时间用于安全审查，但不再关联到你的身份。
无法登录 app 的话，请用注册时的邮箱发邮件到 tf@buildio.co.nz，标题写「删除账号」，我们会在 30 天内处理并回复你。
