Buildio Terms of Use
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Buildio Limited ("we", "us") about using Buildio. By signing up or using Buildio you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. What Buildio is
Buildio connects homeowners with service providers. We help people post jobs, make offers, communicate and leave reviews, but we do not carry out any work and are not a party to any contract between homeowners and providers. The scope, price, timing and quality of work are agreed and are the responsibility of those parties.
Suggestions from the AI assistant (such as possible causes) are only a starting point, not professional advice. For safety issues such as gas, electrical hazards or leaks, follow the safety guidance first and rely on a licensed professional's assessment on site.
3. Your account
You must be 18 or older. Give accurate information, keep your account secure and don't let others use it. You can delete your account at any time in "Me".
4. Service providers
Service providers must describe their trades, experience and registrations truthfully and only take on work they are qualified to do. Work that the law reserves for licensed people (for example restricted building work by an LBP, electrical work by an EWRB-registered worker, and plumbing, gasfitting and drainlaying by a PGDB-registered worker) must be done or supervised by an appropriately licensed person.
Service providers must comply with applicable laws, including the Building Act, the Construction Contracts Act, the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act, and their invoicing and tax obligations.
5. Community rules (zero tolerance)
We have zero tolerance for: harassment, abuse, threats or hate speech; sexual, violent or otherwise objectionable content; scams, false information or impersonation; spam; illegal content; and infringing others' privacy or intellectual property.
We automatically check content, and you can report content or block other users at any time. We aim to act on reports within 24 hours and may remove content and restrict or ban accounts that break these rules.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the text, photos, videos and files you upload. You allow us to store, display, translate and deliver them to the relevant users so we can run the service. Only upload content you have the right to share.
7. Payments
Buildio is currently free to use. Payments between homeowners and service providers are arranged directly between them; Buildio does not handle them. If we introduce paid features, we will explain the fees in advance and ask for your agreement.
Stay safe: don't pay in full before the work is finished, and never send money to unknown accounts or buy gift cards.
8. Liability
We try to keep Buildio running well but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. As we don't carry out work, we are not responsible for the quality, safety, payment or disputes of work between users, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect losses from using Buildio.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act or the Fair Trading Act that cannot be excluded by agreement.
9. Ending your use
You can delete your account and stop using Buildio at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by New Zealand law and the New Zealand courts. We may update them and will tell you in the app about important changes. Questions? Contact tf@buildio.co.nz.
Buildio 用户协议

2. Buildio 是什么
Buildio 是一个连接房主和服务提供者的平台。我们帮助双方发布需求、报名、沟通和评价，但我们不是任何一项工作的施工方，也不是房主和服务提供者之间合同的一方。工作的范围、价格、时间和质量，由双方自行约定并各自负责。
AI 助手给出的「可能原因」等内容只是初步参考，不是专业意见。安全问题（燃气、触电、漏水等）请按提示先保证安全，并以持牌专业人员现场判断为准。
3. 账号
你必须年满 18 岁。请提供真实的信息，保管好账号，不要让别人使用。你可以随时在「我的」里删除账号。
4. 服务提供者的责任
服务提供者需要如实填写工种、经验和注册信息，并只承接自己有资质完成的工作。法律规定必须由持牌人员完成的工作（例如受限建筑工程需要 LBP、电工活需要 EWRB 注册、水管燃气排水需要 PGDB 注册），必须由相应持牌人员完成或监督。
服务提供者要遵守适用的法律，包括《建筑法》《建筑合同法》《消费者保障法》和《公平交易法》，以及开具发票和缴税的义务。
5. 社区规定（零容忍）
我们对以下内容和行为零容忍：骚扰、辱骂、威胁、仇恨言论；色情、暴力或其他不当内容；诈骗、虚假信息、冒充他人；垃圾广告；违法内容；侵犯他人隐私或知识产权。
我们会自动审核内容，用户也可以随时举报内容或拉黑其他用户。我们会在 24 小时内处理举报，并可能删除违规内容、限制或封禁违规账号。
6. 你发布的内容
你上传的文字、照片、视频和文件仍然归你所有。为了提供服务，你允许我们存储、显示、翻译和传送这些内容给相关用户。请只上传你有权分享的内容。
7. 付款
目前 Buildio 免费使用，房主和服务提供者之间的费用由双方直接结算，Buildio 不经手。以后如果推出收费功能，我们会提前说明收费标准，并征得你的同意。
请注意防骗：不要在完工验收前付全款，不要向陌生账户转账或购买礼品卡。
8. 责任限制
我们会尽力保持 Buildio 正常运行，但不保证服务不中断或没有错误。由于我们不是施工方，对用户之间的工作质量、安全、付款或纠纷不承担责任；在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对使用 Buildio 造成的间接损失不承担责任。
本协议不影响你依照《消费者保障法》和《公平交易法》享有的、不能通过约定排除的权利。
9. 终止
你可以随时删除账号停止使用。如果你违反本协议，我们可以暂停或终止你的账号。
10. 法律和联系方式
本协议适用新西兰法律，由新西兰法院管辖。我们可能会更新本协议，重要变化会在 app 里通知你。有任何问题，请联系 tf@buildio.co.nz。
